VERSION 2026-10-16
Terms of Service
These terms govern a merchant’s use of Tikkivo BakeList with its Shopify store.
The service
Tikkivo BakeList provides operational tools that normalize selected Shopify order data into production-date views, grouped bake sheets, and exports. It does not fulfill orders, contact customers, provide tax or legal advice, or replace the merchant’s final production checks.
Merchant responsibilities
- Use an authorized Shopify account and keep staff access appropriate.
- Configure date fields, inclusion rules, production timing, and modifiers accurately.
- Review unresolved items, quantities, changes, and exports before relying on them.
- Have a lawful basis and provide notices for the order data instructed to be processed.
- Do not place customer email, phone, address, payment information, health information, or other unnecessary personal data into configured production fields.
Plans and Shopify billing
Features and order limits depend on the plan shown in the app. Any paid subscription is authorized and managed through Shopify. Charges, changes, and cancellation follow the terms presented in Shopify. Uninstalling ends app access but does not reverse charges already validly incurred.
Availability and changes
We aim to keep the service useful and secure, but maintenance, third-party outages, or technical failures may interrupt it. We may change or discontinue features and will give reasonable notice of material changes where practical. Merchants should retain the operational checks and records needed to continue bakery work during an interruption.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, evade plan limits, interfere with other stores, upload malicious content, or use it in violation of law or Shopify’s terms. Access may be limited or suspended to protect the service, comply with law, or address material breach.
Ownership
The merchant retains rights in its store and order data. The merchant instructs us to process that data solely to provide and protect Tikkivo BakeList. The app, its interface, and its original software remain the operator’s property. Feedback may be used to improve the service without disclosing merchant confidential information.
Warranty and liability
The service is provided with reasonable care and on an “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by law, indirect or consequential losses are excluded. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded, including liability for fraud or intentional misconduct. The merchant remains responsible for production and fulfillment decisions.
Ending use and governing law
A merchant may end use by uninstalling the app and cancelling any subscription through Shopify. Provisions that must logically survive termination, including payment, ownership, confidentiality, data-processing, and liability terms, continue. These terms are governed by Lithuanian law, subject to any mandatory rights or jurisdiction that applies.
